How do family members join my group?

Add their email address to a group inside the app. They'll receive an invitation to download FamLink. When they sign up using that same email address, they'll automatically join your group and can see the photos you share.

Is FamLink free for the people I share with?

Yes. Family members you invite to receive photos can use FamLink completely free — no subscription required. A subscription is only needed to create groups and share content.

Who can see my photos?

Only the members of the specific groups you share to. Nothing you share on FamLink is ever public.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Notifications can be managed in your device's Settings app under FamLink. You'll get notified about new posts, reactions, and comments when notifications are enabled.

How do I save a photo or video to my phone?

Open the photo or video full screen and tap "Save to Camera Roll." You'll be asked to allow photo library access the first time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select FamLink to manage or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open FamLink, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the content you've shared.
